How we will operate the Tournament of Everyday Champions

ProAmOpen.com has been designed to be a unique golfing experience for everyone -- no matter what their skill level.

Within the tournament there will eventually be twelve (12) amateur classes with seven (7) flights in each class.

It is our goal to build to this as quickly as possible. This will result in approximately 10,200 prizes awarded annually, when all amateur divisions are fully activated.

Needless to say, this will create a lot of winners and a lot of excitement within the tournament. Your help is needed in achieving this goal. Encourage your friends, relatives and golfing partners to join the competition.

Class Activation Process

For the launch, all registered amateur participants will be entered into one of six classes based on age and gender. All entrants will be grouped without consideration to registered handicaps. New classes will be created upon demand when enough amateur participants with registered handicaps have joined ProAmOpen.com. At that point those with registered handicaps will only be competing with others who have registered handicaps as well. At some point in the future when enough rounds have been played by each individual participant, handicaps will be calculated for all participants for use in the ProAmOpen.com flight system.
